FOCUS-YQG is a not-for-profit organization that brings together small, carefully selected peer groups of up to eight female entrepreneurs or not-for-profit leaders who are dedicated to strengthening the core of their businesses or organizations. Through these Peer Advisor Groups, members engage in a structured process to assess, improve, and refine key operational practices—ensuring long-term sustainability and positioning themselves for meaningful growth.
